Why Watchwell?

The average person spends 23 minutes deciding what to watch — and often gives up. Streaming catalogs are too big, recommendation algorithms reward whatever's new, and "you might also like" is rarely the right answer at 9 PM on a Tuesday.

Watchwell is the opposite: a small, deliberately limited library of films we've actually seen, filtered by the things that matter at the moment of decision — your mood, what's already on a service you pay for, and how much time you actually have.

How it works

  • Mood-first. Want something cozy, dark, mind-bending? Pick a mood and we'll show what fits.
  • Service-aware. Filter to only films streaming where you already have a subscription.
  • Time-honest. Sort by runtime when 90 minutes is the real budget.
  • One-tap deciding. The "Surprise me" button picks one film from your filtered set. Trust it.
